There are three (3) announcements in that sequence, all of which are in Norwegian only. The first announcement is "dørene lukkes" = "doors closing".

Trains: No announcement, you're supposed to read the signs at the station to see if you get out there or not. Modern trains have a display that shows the name of the next stop.
S-Bahn: No announcement either, modern trains display the name of the next stop on a display overhead.
U-Bahn (metro, underground): Announcement in German only: "Next stop soandso. Exit in the direction of the train left/right."
Buses: No announcement, but they often have 2 or 3 monitors displaying the next 4 stops.

If you're blind, the person accompanying you rides busses, trains etc. for free. Also on a bus you can always talk to the driver and sit in front, and he will tell you when to get off.
