And then there's Y-Haplogroup NO, which I think the infographic is implying to have been Caucasoid rather than--as academia would have it--Mongoloid. What do you think?

The African mtDNA is just an ancient maternal line that left Africa early and is now mostly Asian, not a sign of recent African ancestry.

I think Mongoloids and Negroids look uncannily similar.

The similarity in some facial features between Asians and Africans is more of a phenotypic convergence, not shared ancestry, and theres already a wide range of phenotypes in Africa, Somalians, and West Africans dont really look Asian at all.

And then there's Y-Haplogroup NO, which I think the infographic is implying to have been Caucasoid rather than--as academia would have it--Mongoloid.

Y-Haplogroup NO descended from Eurasian K and was probably part of a population with a more West Eurasian appearance before East Asians took on their modern look.

At a glance, most people would likely assume they're from somewhere in Europe or west Eurasia, possibly eastern Europe
maybe even Central Asia if they inherit darker features or slightly broader facial structure.

Just interesting learning about how humans have migrated and how/why they evolved who they are today, how they interbred with Neanderthals and Denisovans etc. idk
Many Africans and some southeast Asians carry DNA from early unknown hominids that arent either Neanderthal or Denisovan, there might be even more early hominids that we have very little knowledge of, yet left a significant genetic mark on some populations, what these hominids look like though we have no idea. The world was probably even more diverse back then, which is scary to think about.

i dont think the earth was literally smaller, if giant hominids existed it mightve been because of genetic drift or environmental pressure. More body mass is better for heat retention in colder climates for example.

The consensus is no major civilizations before the last iceage, we were all just primitive hunter gatherers
However a major problem or contradiction to this is Gobekli tepe located in southeast Anatolia dated almost 12,000 years ago which is 6000 years or so before we thought the first civilizations occurred.
This structure is far too complex for primitive hunter gatherers to have built because it would have required specialization and craftsmen, indicative of a civilization and a complex culture.
There's even theories about the pyramids being way older than what archeologists say they are but thats even more fringe
