I'm pointing out that the issue posed by an aging population isn't that we don't have enough wealth to care for them, it's that this wealth is more inequally distributed than almost in any other time in human history. Even most kings in history didn't have hundreds of millions times more money than the poor like modern-day billionaires do. The issue is with those leeches who, through lobbying and even more nefarious methods, stacked the deck in their favor and are robbing everyone else blind.

If there's zero unemployment, economic growth will simply lead to inflation because companies will be forced to raise salaries to attract workers from other companies, and if they do that the other companies will be forced to do the same, effectively making the salary raise moot as they repass the prices to their consumers.
In times of crisis companies will fire people until the time of growth comes again and they can hire these people again. That's why pretty much every country, except absolute warzones, have some kind of "gibs". Capitalism cannot survive without it
