Imperial architecture is mostly medieval in every game it's been depicted. In Morrowind Pelagiad, Caldera and other colonies are all medieval villages, just as the cities in Oblivion with the exception of Anvil and the Imperial City.

Wrong. The only classical antiquity clothing I remember are Imperial military uniforms, and there's nothing close to Roman architecture in any of the games other than that of Anvil.
