Based, the entire globe should be turned into ancient forest, natural tall grass meadows, and djungles, we have moved beyond fossil fuel industrial society, we need to return to an eco fascist high tech state utilising fusion and fission for energy

If you don't cut the grass where I live it gets infested with ticks.

Once a week. I have an electric zero-turn mower and its pretty fun and doesn't take much time. Also varg is retarded and his wife and children are untermensch

varg thread

finn flag

again

get a job

if I ever get teleported to Brazil I will

How are you supposed to make species rich grasland without cutting the grass

Just let those ticks give you lyme disease for the planet's sake you monster

imagine being afraid of the outside world

NO YOU DON'T GET IT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO TURN YOUR PRETTY AND USEFUL LAWN SPACE INTO AN ENTIRELY NON USABLE WEEDY OVERGROWN RAT AND TICK PATCH

BECAUSE I PERSONALLY HATE RESPONSIBILITY AND WANT EVERYONE ELSE TO SHIRK IT TOO SO I DON'T FEEL GUILTY

just let mosquitoes and ticks fester

This retard has a farm and doesnt even know that cut grass can be turned into compost or used for mulching

Varg started considering agriculture evil after his potatoes failed to grow.

Noooo, I want my house flooded with insects!

his potatoes failed to grow

That's an achievement, I can throw old potatoes in my backyard and one year later they sprout and all kek

It is mandated by municipal law in Germany. If you don't do it for a few weeks, you will get fined, on the threat of foreclosure and imprisonment.
On the other hand, Germans are taxed so much that they now use employer-rented bicycles to go to work, of course within a tight scheme of regulations, to save the climate.
The difference: CO2 is a 1D goal, so it can easily be productized and thereby increase elite wealth, wind power stations, CO2 friendly pencils and all.
Preserving nature in general is a pareto objective, with the only solution being renunciation.

vid related will cleanse your meadow

Sorry, I don't like bloodsucking parasitic cunts. Gonna cut me grass and then spray it with pesticide as the good lord intended.

Cutting your grass helps worms, worms make humus amd aerate the soil and then birds eat the worms and poop even more nutrients back into the soil

Beautiful cock bro

is this nigga real?

no. He said that modern agriculture uses way too many resources and pointed out how he can grow potatoes without spoilage in his yard if he just respects biodiversty

Not all of us get buttraped by an HOA if we don't mow our lawn, cuck.

I succesfully convinced my mother to not create a "gravel garden". Instead we made a nice wild flower yard with all kinds of herbs like sage, lemon balm and rosemary.

Increase amount of birds -> repeat until no mosquitoes.

heal the land

Here's the biodiversity you ordered, sire.

and quite large

Rosemary grows in Germany?

And vegans are against hunting, I always say a bullet is a mercy kill for a wild animal

I’ve wanted to raise some birds myself, but I don’t know if I should buy a rooster as well.

Yes. Quite well actually.

Chickens are fun but they will turn the ground into a desolate waste. And there is always the risk of mites.

Hühner1.png - 957x957, 2.48M

i (British) owned a house. i was such a lazy fuck i didnt bother to mow the front lawn or my garden. it apparently pissed off my boomer neighbour so much that he did it for me (FOR FREE) for over 3 years, until i finally sold the house. we never spoke once the whole time i lived there

Not true, that's just too many chicken, if they have enough space to roam they wont ruin the ground by pooping and digging. But I guess something will try to kill them if they are not protected and confined

almost anything you can imagine can be grown in Finland as well. Its chilis, some variety of tomatoes, seed oils, soy and corn that are hard to grow. And of course lots of different fruits that are down right impossible

almost anything you can imagine can be grown in Finland as well

Doubt it

Yeah you should get rooster as well. He makes chickens feel safe and keeps them check

But I guess something will try to kill them if they are not protected and confined

True - we have issues with birds of prey and our chicken only have one solid roof adjesant to their trailer. Even though we have enlarged their enclosure they still keep mainly to the part under the solid roof.
A few years ago we have planted larger bushes in the other parts of the enclosure to afford them more cover and more and more they move around those,

rye
wheat
oats
potatoes
carrots
onions
garlic
melons
cucumbers
turnips
cabbage

oh yeah I guess rice doesnt grow here, though there is not much motivation to try it either

here is a image that shows how things have changed (due to changing climate and development of seeds and farming) in terms of what you can grow. In big grops, blue means the land is not suitable for oats, wheat, barley nor corn. Going from the top to bottom its

not suitable

suitable for farming barley

suitable for farming wheat, oats

suitable for farming corn

I can already buy some Finnish grown corn but its rare

Arent summers too short? Maybe the lo ger days make up for it

ban motorized lawn mowers

At the start it looks like the doe ACK'd herself lol

mutts are responsible for mowing their lawns

vgh, I’m cumming from all the Freedom

I dont have a yard

yes its short that is why something that grow for long is a pain in the ass sometimes
but indeed the longer days make up for it, but crops dont like that there is not much night time

i keep distinctly separate wild grass and mowed lawn areas

do americans really?

Yes. Not on the whole plot of land, but still. Otherwise there is ticks danger. And it's not like murricans with ideal planted weed, it's still natural.

I've never had a garden, but I would hate to step outside my house and immediately be knee deep in bugs and pollen.

@grok pls explain saar

what's the argument of the permaculture retards exactly? that there should be no agriculture? some agriculture? is 10% of land being dedicated to agriculture okay? where do they draw the line?

if everyone did permaculture we'd all spend the majority of our time picking random shit out of the weeds and then sorting the goods from the brambles and burning the brambles for heat then turning the ash to soap then using the wastewater to power a waterwheel to grind the random assortment of grains to make the shittiest bread on earth then use your poop to fertilize etc etc what a waste of fucking time, this is a hobby for no life losers

watch me have more aryan kids than varg while living in a mowed-lawn suburb and buying everything from costco and target

People are stupid and think every piece of unmanaged land automatically flourishes into a beautiful wildflower meadow but in most cases it'll just turn into a shitty patch of mud and dirt
The most annoying people are the ones who say you should leave leaves on the ground to decompose instead of gathering them. Leaves block light, killing your grass, and then there's nothing holding the dirt together so it starts to erode.

IMG_7801.jpg - 1080x810, 548.44K

It's because your lawn is already artificial.
Here's a pic from my dacha.

Lol

Obsessing about lawns is a gay aristocratic thing that trickled down to the masses with suburbanization.

Home gardening uses way too many resources. Industrial ag absolutely mogs it, actually scales, saved billions of lives etc.

Sorry, I don't like bloodsucking parasitic cunts.

curious...
