You can't really address the internal issue until you address the external issue. You're right about them, but unfortunately there's a question as to who the World Protagonists are and not everybody agrees. That issue will have to be resolved before anyone can start deconstructing the West to remove the corruption and institutional subversion, because the West has to be intact as a military force in order to conquer and subjugate the rest of the planet - we can't really afford internal dissent prior to a unified Earth government, or it might end up Indian or Chinese.
I feel like the Israel-Palestine conflict really shows the cracks of the one people one nation / self determination idea. The power in the West will thus have no choice but to reduce the human population significantly, and the race war is a simple function of deciding who gets to live, for which you'll find every single person on the planet decides 'It should be me'. Only force can decide that, since nobody is likely to voluntarily lay down and die. And since the West is likely to be the flashpoint for this, its likely to be along racial lines as Westerners more and more vehemently resist the tide of browns and asians coming over looking for better opportunities at their expense.

You don't have to justify violence, Anon, its a natural part of the human condition and in fact all living things that we know of. Any truly pacifist species will have died off centuries or even millennia ago, the surviving creatures have all had to fight, kill and conquer resources and lands in order to have what they need to survive.
