It actually isn't hard at all for whites/hispanics to form a mutual ethnostate. The ethnic divide is not large at all. Hispanics are already white mutts. Culturally they are quite similar to rural whites. I've seen it constantly it just isn't as big a gap as white vs black or white vs asian.
