I probably have like 3000 hours in Skyrim since 2012, all version combined, Oblivion also a few hundred, Morrowind is 6.3 hours I even played Daggerfall more than Morrowind, I'm not sure exactly, but it's probably several days until I got stuck in a dungeon and forgot about the game. Still I liked some of the idea in it.

This is not how you minmax Morrowind, as someone who has played it a lot.
The actual minmax is rushing Caldera, stealing the stuff from the orc house, selling it to the scamp for initial funds, buy ra'virr's devil spear, travel to Vivec, donate a levitation potion to the statue to get 40mins of fast levitation and do Azura's quest on day 1 to get Azura's star.
Then you want the DB assassin to attack you, but the armour and loot is the least important thing, what you actually want is being able to go to Mournhold asap so that you can buy a fortify skill spell.
Then you want to fortify your enchanting past 100 for 2 seconds and start summoning enemies, trapping their soul and enchanting clothes.
Eventually you want a whole set of clothes which can summon golden saints (you buy the spell from one of the Telvanni towers iirc) and soul trap them. Then you also make a set which boosts your enchanting by 600 which guarantees success.
At that point you have an infinite source of souls worth 400 points which can make Constant Effect enchantments.
Make whatever you want. I also recommend a shirt and pants with fortify merchant 600 so that you can get infinite money for traning and fortify alchemy 600 to jumpstart your super potions.
With pants, a top tier amulet, a daedric tower shield and maybe some other piece you can get constant effect sanctuary 100 which makes it so that very very few enemies can ever hope to hit you, so you are basically immune in melee combat.
Doing the Tribunal questline you can get the Royal signet ring which makes you immune to magic too.
