I've never lived in a commieblock but i've been in them when visiting friends and it's not bad, the apartments are decent inside

It's dead silent in commieblocks where grannies live aside from that one that didn't get hearing aids and blasts the TV at full volume but she also goes to sleep at like 7 in the evening so it doesn't matter.

When people say "commie blocks suck", what they really mean is "my countrymen are scum" because if you have good neighbors like mine, commie blocks are mad comfy. The walls are thick, the people peaceful and respectful, and I get to sip my morning coffee on my balcony watching the sunrise every day.
