Basically have delusions of reference at this point. Really need to get to the doctor. I've taken to thinking my online communications are monitored closely and that there are (mostly kind) messages for me tucked into comedy podcasts. Don't believe it but do in the moment and it's a repeated idea of reference motif.

A psychiatrist I saw 3 times last year and told him about how sure I am about being either autistic or schizoid, in the third session told me that he sees signs and symptoms of both of them after having diagnosed me with depressive episode and he later told me cynically that I can't proceed with an autism diagnosis because I am an adult and not underage, must have been in his 60s from what I remember, and he was certain about it, how can I not dislike these bastards after this? Someone else could have believed this asshole and stopped looking to find an explanation of what's going on with them. From my experience with some of them at least here they don't seem to care about giving accurate and proper diagnoses. It also seems frustrating and difficult for an adult here to find a way to get diagnosed here unless they become annoying pricks asking anywhere for help, which must be the way how the world generally works anyway.
