I arrived in Canada 9 months ago and I'm honestly shocked by the amount of people who consult a psychologist and are medicated for ADHD or another mental disorder.

Both of those people are me, and I don't have anything against you personally. I am angry at the stigma surrounding mental health in America and how necessary I find it to warn people against getting help because of how it will inevitably limit their future.
