People don't understand, jobs, basic employment, are a form of welfare themselves. There are only so many to go around, as there are only so many natural creators, entrepreneurs, "job builders" in any given society. There's a precious ratio to maintain. In white society, there is a higher ratio, hence the thriving economies. But when you flood them with brown slave people, you destroy that ratio, and suddenly there is a massive excess of people vs jobs/work. It won't be fixed, because the new arrivals don't have the prior ratio of creators/workers, which is why their home country is a big aimless slum.
