I lift 4 days a week but I'm definitely not big, and currently on a cut. Down from nearly 81kg in December to 75.7kg and my lifts haven't even gone down much. I was always skinny and only started properly eating when I got older and put on weight.

I don't burn body fat through weight training. I burn fat by staying in a caloric deficit when I'm cutting (500kcal/daya under my maintenance level) and just being patient. I also eat plenty of protein and keep training to minimise muscle loss.
And once I'm happy with my body fat, I go into bulking to gain muscle, start training harder and eating more (500kcal/day above my maintenance level) and again, plenty of protein, but just enough to minimise my fat gain.
I usually do this in 4-6 months cycles, and sway from ~73kg to ~80kg back and forth.
Under 90% of circumstances you will always gain some fat when gaining muscle, and you will always lose some muscle while losing fat, so the point is to minimise fat gain/muscle loss in each cycle.
No clue how anyone pays attention to this macro bullshit. I lift heavy thing, out it down, eat chicken, simple as.

as long as, while cutting, you train at least 10 or 12 hard sets per muscle group, you are unlikely to lose muscle (or just a bit). It's not that much, it should be enough stimuli. You can divide these sets however you want, doing PPL, or an upper/lower split, whatever.
Personally nSuns and PPL got me 90% of the way where I am. Right now I'm doing an upper/lower split because it's more fun and I enjoy it more.

I try to eat protein but can';tafford more than 120grams per day. I'm 6'3 and about 102kg now. Was 107 when I started. wtf should I do if my main focus is hyperthrophy and muscle definition? Mind you i'm still weak af can barely bench 20kg plates on each side for one set. Should I just bulk and cram in as much protein as I can or continue being in caloric deficit and stick to my program? It really depends on what makes you feel comfortable, if you don't mind getting fatter as you gain muscle then go for a bulk, but you WILL gain weight and you will feel even fatter.
But you need to have a strategy and stick to it. It will be useless if you decide to cut one week and bulk the next one.
IMO I would cut first. 90% of cutting is just eating less. Get a scale, weight yourself weekly, if you are not losing half a kilo per week eat less. Download a calorie-countint app (I use myfitnesspal) and become a caloric-counter autist (you are german shouldn't be hard) for a few weeks so you get an idea of how much you should eat. Train normally but don't expect to gain any muscle while you lose weight so don't go crazy. If you are a total n00b you might still gain some muscle even, and you will surely gain strenght. Focus on learning how to have a good form on each exercise.
Once you are down to a comfortable weight (90kg or whatever) then start bulking while and minimising fat-gaining (so stay under 500kcal/day over your maintenance) and start truly pushing yourself then. IMO it's not worth it to go crazy high in volume or weights if you are cutting.
