I just buy food thats a total of 1500 calories combined and try to only drink water. Im 179cm so i naturall burn about 2500 calories a day so ill lose 1000 calories a day which means 30000 calories a month which is 4kg.

can you guys not just follow bryan johnson's blueprint diet?

Your heart rate must be between 60-70% of your maximum heart rate while exercising. Walking it's simply not enough. Get a cyclette(or a bicycle) look into zone 2 training and you will get lean with an hour a day.

You will always be hungry, it means you're a healthy human being. What matters here is what you eat and how active you are. That's it. I suggested OP about cycling because is a low impact effort exercise on the joints and could help him offset his calorie intake and make his diet a little bit more easy to follow. The most time effective cardio exercise is running but I could be a tall order for your average fatso, but if you can 45 minutes jog a day is more than enough to be a lean mf eating basically without limitation.
