Nothing, junkies gather there to do whatever they do since there's some homeless shelters nearby, but they don't bother random bypassers. Statistically the most crimes happen in the centre, but that's probably drunk brawls and whatever. Apparently the most unsafe area is the suburb of Myyrmäki, but I don't know what that entails either. Generally there's a very low chance that you'll be mugged or assaulted anywhere, although I think it's gone up in recent years since old school drunks have died off and been replaced with druggies and even some meme street gangs

that is not productivity. 12 h shifts in factory arent productive. Cleaning toilets isnt productive. You are mixing hard work with productivity. When you have high production you usually do rather non-physical work
