Former.
We just improved the design then slapped it on our god. If you had any creativity then you wouldn't be KWAB'd.
Would you want a dark or pale one?
Ashur
This is basically Assyrian influence on Iranian culture.
Ahura Mazda was originally a horseman, just like other Indo-European horseman myths.
and Zoroaster looks like this
are yazidis and zoroastrians closely related
I thought that was Mithra
as much as related as Jews and Christians desu.
Iran always tried to eliminate the small Zoroastrian cults like Mazdakism, as Zoroastrianism is supposed to be centered around the emperor of Iranshahr and no one else.
Yazidis have their own lore. They elevate Melek Tawus, just like how Christians elevate figure of messiah, from a minor yazata to a major deity
similar hat, there is more accurate depiction in picrel, a popular modern depiction relying on Zoroastrian scripture.
What's Mazdakism
Is it true that they survived longer than Zoroastrianism in Iran?
Never thought I'd see my religion on Anon Babble
That is the asho farohar, not a god but something similar to a fairy if it makes sense
Ama if you are legit interested in this stuff
t. Zarathusti
That's like asking if I want dark chocolate or white chocolate. Nigga it's chocolate. Both are superb
If you're a rich parsi nigga please give 84$ to your fellow iranian
I need meth so funking bad man please
I'm broke, but get off meth brother, we have a country to retake
What's Mazdakism
A Zoroastrian heresy, I don't know much about it
Is it true that they survived longer than Zoroastrianism in Iran?
Manichaeism ironically survived longer than Zoroastrianism in Iran, as they would hide their religion and practice it in secret while outwardly saying that they were Muslims.
It originally started as a heretic sect of Zoroastrianism, and their founder, Mani, was crucified by Iranian authorities.
Muslims still use the word "zandaqa" to refer to hypocrites, which originally meant Manichaeist. And there are hadiths about why Muslims should burn zandaqas to death, as they are impossible to reason with.
btw, Manichaeism and Mazdakism are different sects. Mazdakism died out very quickly.
Zındık is still an insult used in Turkish.
Here is the hadith about burning the Zandaqa.
SOVL
imagine the middle east inhabited with interesting little groups like this instead of the muzzie mess it is now

Prove you’re not a larping Hindu
Thought you retards would’ve an hero’d by now
Ask me anything, I met Dr. Pouladi last year when he was here. The retards in my community wouldn't discuss much with him about saving our culture sadly.
I can read Avestan too.
Doctor Pouladi
Just searched the name and found a bunch of random doctors. Just post a timestamp next to a Zoroastrians symbol in your house and that’ll suffice. We don’t really keep up with Zoroastrianism in our country anyway, it’s just a symbolic thing rather than a serious one.
I can't do all that rn,
But I meant مهربان پولادی, he's the high priest in Iran. I'm a mobed myself.
Are you a Zoroastrian too?
what are your views on european paganism?(ancient and modern)
Bro, مهران پولادی is a bodybuilder
I've been doing some research, and Mithraism I feel is really feeling like an offshoot of Mazdaism, which was the precusor to Zoroastrianism.
Overall I find all these smaller Pagan religions interesting, they all have something similar to each other, meaning they had to have been come from same things.
I respect all religions, as long as they're followed behind 4 walls, outside of your home or temples.
Ah I found him.
Are you a Zoroastrian too?
No, just standard Tehran origin mixed secular Perso-Turkic mixed Iranian. I support its revival though. Really anything that decreases Islam is good, Zoroastrian, Bahai, Christianity, Judaism, Druze, idc
what is the population of Parsis? also have you guys considered communicating with yazidis to syncretize or foster better relations?
also do zoroastrians have the poop fetish like hindus?
Do Indian Zoroastrians have connections to Zoroastrian communities to other countries?
entartet religion. They should read the rig veda and go from there
Based.
Zoroastrianism wasn't even a religion at its peak, it was an ideology of living life. Asho Zarathustra was a simple man, who preached being a good person first, unfortunately I'm not cause I'm on Anon Babble lol.
Really anything that decreases Islam is good, Zoroastrian, Bahai, Christianity, Judaism, Druze, idc
I heard there's a massive wave of apostates and new Christians in Iran.
Depends. They are multiple types of Zoroastrians sadly, the religion has split up massively. So there's sects of this group called "Parsis" which make up the largest group. There are thousands in India, but also across North America, UK, some cities in SEA like HK and Singapore. There's some in Pakistan too.
But there's a split in ideology. The common consensus in the Indian group which is mostly followed across the world, is that you can't marry outside the religion AT ALL, if you do, you're basically excommunicated. Smaller groups in the west don't agree, so they're splitting the community further.
Basically the community is getting smaller, the leadership isn't willing to change, so things are grimm. They're also not working along with the Iranian group which would be so so good, from a unity perspective, but nah humans are selfish.
They need to syncretize Zoroastrian and Christian religions by replacing the Old Testament with Zoroastrian scriptures
Maybe add some gnostic and mithraic parts
en.m.wikipedia.org
Around 60-70k in Indiabut fluctuating, not very united worldwide, but I'd say close to 100k overall maybe more. This is just parsis not Zoroastrians.
Yazidis follow something very different actually, I've studied a bit about them and there's some similarities but overall it's very different.
Idk about poop fetish but amongst the ones in India, the boomers have absurdly foul tounges, newer generations are better but very few actually follow the religion.
Yeah it’s part of our identity regardless
Yes but unfortunately it’s the cringy Neo-Protestant kind, instead of the Oriental kind
Yeah let's hope some miracle happens and we get Iran back or something. I hope for a scale up of our ideology.
Do Zoroastrians have different denominations?
How do people from different communities differentiate each other
What do you think of Zoroastrian Kurds?
youtu.be
it’s the cringy Neo-Protestant kind, instead of the Oriental kind
That's because the protestants invest a lot and are effective at outreach to those communities, same in Africa. Just goes to show how bad the Catholic church is at it. Oriental churches ignore proselytizing completely. I still think it's better than them being muslims.
They just ask for their opinions and then talk shit behind people's backs as far as I've seen. Like there's no other way I've been able to tell. Everyone believes in one religion until they realise "Oh he follows this other rule ewww, fuck him".
The kurds are based to try and keep it alive, I wish the leaders in my community would try reaching out for a united religion. But humans suck, maybe one day I'll figure a means to help others learn about Zoroastrianism but I have struggles of myself living in jeetland where I feel like an outsider yet can't afford to just move out.
Do Zoroastrian zoomers have an online presence?
If boomer leaders aren’t interested in reaching out side of their communities it might be up to the younger generations to form those links
No truer words have ever been spoken
I think the rise of international faiths ruined the world
some pagan idol that i wish was eventually forgotten inshallah
Younger generations are becoming faithless or just pretending to be religious.
The sad reality is no one is being able to capture the zoomers and the community is too fractured to fix fhis.
