how much would a detached home with a plot of land in the countryside like pic related cost in your area?
How much would a detached home with a plot of land in the countryside like pic related cost in your area?
Depends how much land there is.
Probably 120-170k.
depends on a lot of factors, but in my area, 500k minimum
I think around 80k USD.
Or maybe more.
Truly cannot suffer in USA.
Roughly between 500.000€ and 1.000.000€.
That's the worst way of living for spaniards, so very cheap. Spaniards hate the countryside and detached homes, they pay hundreds of thousands to live inside a city instead
etuovi.com
this is a seaside house with its own plot,4 km away from the nearest grocery store, property tax 630 euros per year
Depends on what countryside we're talking about here.
Living in red dirt country would be "cheap", but then you'd be living in red dirt country lol
You can own water resources in Finland? All water basins and shores are public property here and cannot be owned.
How come?
technically its just fishing(gillnets and traps) and dredging rights if you want build a route for your fancy sail boat or some shit
That is also common in Portugal too. Is it that bad, as in there are no road and infrastructure?
It depends of the area, the house and the state. I've seen ok ones in the middle of nowhere in upstate NY around 200k, the Midwest for example is probably cheaper
200k USD allows you to buy an awesome house basically anywhere over here, but desu, France have Amazing countryside houses for ~250k euros.
He said "my area" and I live in the South so that cost is probably around what it is
That house for 27k is probably in the absolute middle of nowhere and the house itself is falling apart.
The average spaniards just won't consider anything that doesn't involve having your local supermarket, school for kids and leisure time anywhere further than 15 minutes
Yeah, I imagine you live in a not so good area, right?
They aren't as terrible. Just in the middle of the countryside with nothing to do with your life
This is obvious, but Portugal is a fucking ridiculously small country. Why people are leaving the countryside if you can just own a car or a motorbike?
By picture 5 I imagine the house for sure needs reforms but for that price, is 100% worth because the reform will be cheaper than buying a new house in the suburbs.
That's the same conclusion I had, saw some countryside houses in Portugal for good prices, newish house with new appliances for 250-300k I guess, over there people definitely should take advantage of that.
Of course is not a ready-to-live house but we're speaking of the lowest price possible not taking in consideration ruins or empty land
I just checked, there are 400k homes like that in the Osten, klimasaniert/schimmlig und alles.
But of course, the realtor and the government and all the other hard working people need their share, so the price will be above 500k. So spot on.
No? Most areas in the South are perfectly fine
which part of germany are you in? The house in the OP went for 350k in NRW
Yes, I've see people sharing apartments with 20 other people. They could probably come up with a way to house people and transport them to cities while making a good money.
I've seen these for as low as 25k€ if you're ok with a remote location
Depends. A house like that in Westchester County would be $5 million with $40k a year property taxes.
Westchester County
yeah no shit
Why do you look up houses in NRW?
Cause I want to live like that and in this country its totally unaffordable, meanwhile in yours its doable
the house of my grandparents was valued at 350k€, thats basically something like this but that house was originally built in the 60s and renovated and parts added over the following decades, if you are talking about a new house (built in this century) then I don't think you could get one under 500K€
central BW
House in OP is modernized though. In Germany that means insulation, new windows, doors & floors, ventilation system to avoid mold.
If you go to that level in Bulgaria, it seems it's at least 300k, too, especially because your lot prices are quite high, at least for your population density.
There's something wrong with it if it went for that. Like located next to the motorway, or fucked up interior with new windows & exterior paint.
Remember the Energiesanierung. They will get to you. You VILL pay 120k for your new heating that falls apart in eight years.
Wie is die Kurzarbeitsquote so? Kollege aus Kirchheim/T sagt, dass jeder im Verein entweder Kurzarbeit macht oder beim Staat ist.
200k€ if you want something good
I'm situated in NRW and I could also find houses for less then 500.000€. But most fell under the price span I previously mentioned.
See above. NRW is a large state and a myriad of factors make up the price of a house.
letzteres in meinem Fall
How many mosquitoes in the summer? More than five meters of visibility?
Meanwhile, a three second, self driving, silent Volvo costs 30k. Something's wrong here.
And once you bought a house, you can not change location anymore, ever, because a move would cost >100k in fees.
June, July and August evenings you apply mosquito repellent always in this entire country
Newer get money for me.
But if I would build everything by myself it wulld be double pręty easy in not long time. This just shows it's financial no go zone.
200k€ minimum
Includes plot, house, appliances and a car
For a house that you would actually want to live in, probably a minimum of £500k. I'm sure you could purchase some beat-up shitshack with mould growing over all the walls for cheaper though.
For weekend vacations?
7k-10k
To live completely off the grid?
A lot more, a lot
at least 300k
bro pls are you looking at villas in Sofia or the seaside? You can get a brand new house with a decent yard for a 3rd of that
