Basically councils are going bankrupt so are neglecting services. That and certain areas populated with immigrants literally just put trash in their street because it's what they do. Many places have limited amount of trash you can dispose from a house and a lot of immigrant houses are over populated so they produce way more trash.
Britain is estimated to be about 90-100 million in population actual according to water, electricity and supermarkets own figures. So it's very over populated, more people flood in and they aren't paying tax. Most have welfare for example within 5 years every new family in my area are immigrant and most in social housing. They have kids to fast track once they're here.
