I'm able to raise my children so that they're much more likely to think like me and share my values (they're already more likely to think like me than the average person simply because they share more of my genes) , so they'll be less likely to do either of those things. Racemixing is generally a not-good evolutionary strategy since you're creating a being with fewer of your genes (since the person of a different race shares fewer genes with you than someone of your own race) and not having kids at all is generally a terrible evolutionary strategy unless you become a general leading your ethnic group to victory over an enemy nation or something.
