It has occurred to me, that with falling birth rates in most countries - even developing ones - the most precious commodity in the future will be young people. Not just for labor, as automation will take over many jobs as the cost of human workers increases due to scarcity, but also because there are certain things that only young people can do. For example, no one except the most degenerate wants an old person sexually, but everyone .... desires young people. At the same time, millennials, especially in the US, will be the largest single demographic, with the highest consooming and purchasing power once the boomers die off.
You could make a fortune by corralling a bunch of young people, particularly from the ethnic groups that will face the fastest demographic decline, such as whites and East Asians, and renting them out to rich millennials for various purposes. Not just for sex (which would just make you a pimp) but also other functions more suited for attractive young people, like advertising, for physical activities like being fitness trainers or yoga instructors, etc

The funniest shit is I've been making more than wagies on the benefit for 7 years now.
For some fucked up reason this country allows you to collect rent from renting out spare rooms in your house, while owning that house, while being on the benefit, and none of that takes away from your benefit. And you get all the additional poorfag benefits as well because they just look at the baseline mortgage rate.
It's not just me, there's this one old lady I know that's piled Indians into her home while collecting welfare. She refinances her mortgage every time it comes close to being paid off to keep getting an emergency additional benefit (supposed to be temporary, but you can reapply every 3 months), accommodation supplement, disability allowance and winter energy grant. So she gets extensions on her home effectively paid for by the government, building equity at the taxpayers expense.
It comes to over a $1000 dollars a week easily. It's about $1300 if you live in Auckland, and it's like $1600 if you're a mother with children involved.
So they're throwing zoomers off the benefits while letting old people with houses, and pensioners, literally get rich off the backs of the taxpayer.

You don't qualify for bennies if your car is worth more than $10k. I know in the US they're even more stringent, where they'll cut your food stamps if you have "shared meals" with your family. What it is I think is that because of the divorce laws in this country, where single mothers get possession of the house, the laws were so these women could coast on welfare while keeping that house. Since then it's transmogrified into this abomination where old people are building extensions on their homes and renting them out to foreigners. Because as long as there's a mortgage, your cost of living is high, and the means testing for welfare means more money, and all that money is directly building equity. Do that for ten years from 50-60 and you have a very comfortable retirement.
You can easily end up a millionaire from this and not be working. Your house doesn't impact your welfare benefits at all. Your primary residence could be worth a million and you don't have to declare it on your WINZ form if it's where you live.
Having a mental illness is the key to free money in this country. WINZ will literally not bother you if you're on sickness deferral. I get a call every 6 weeks asking me if I'm ready to work and I say no and i'm sorted
The problem is all the bludgers have sniffed that out and are hiding on the sickness benefit. So when National comes in trying to tardwrangle people on the normal benefit to work, they all shift to the sickness benefit for "muh anxiety".
So National is left in a hard spot, they can't really pry into the sickness benefit without having the PR failure of throwing literal Terry Davis tier Schizophrenics off. But something will have to give eventually.
There's a lot of free shit people don't know about. The $5000 city relocation fee for work that you can get every five years is one. You just have to work a full time job for a few months in a different city and WINZ will give you $5000 to relocate.
The WINZ debt is in the billions of dollars now and will eventually become insolvent. What's happening is drug addicts will collect the benefit and work for a few months to get a solid double dipping amount of money, play dumb, and slowly pay off their tax fraud, and do it again in a year or so. There's beneficiaries that owe tens of thousands of dollars to WINZ this way, paying it off at $15 a week, but accumulating another $2,000 in debt every year. Eventually they get called in to a meeting to stop that fraud, but it only happens when it hits an absurd amount.

The money is in the accommodation supplements and "Temporary additional support". If you manage to weasel your way into those two, it's another $200 per week. I think Auckland has a really high accommodation supplement, so both of those together is like $300 there.
That's literally like $50-100 off what you get working full time on minimum wage.
