There are plenty of jobs if you know where you look. You'll be making pennies usually but they're desperate for foreign experts to train their guys. Also some UN jobs if you're into being a satanist. I was in bhutan doing research. It's mostly niche shit and alot of the time you have to know somebody. I was lucky enough to be able to just reach out right when covid was ending and there was some demand.

Academic institutions are a good place to look if you have the background. In Bhutan you don't even need a doctorate to be a professor. I knew other people who worked for the militia and royals but idk how they landed their gigs.
