Me and my brother are the tallest in our family now. I remember when I was very young and still growing my grandma would always mention how tall our uncle is (he is 174cm).
Southerners (Herzegovinians, Serbs and some Dalmatians) are often tall (185-190 on average) and they migrated north to our larger towns during the last century so the national average balances around 182.

I was born 1999. I'm 174 cm tall. Everyone among my friends of the same year born are 183+, except for one guy who is slightly shorter than me. Younger zoomers are even more tall.
