A few weeks leading up to my 24th birthday. I had cut my hair earlier in the year, it looked totally fine and think and had been before that. Plus I was combining in the mirror everyday and nothing ever looked off or thinning. Then one day 6 months later, BAM, like literally night and day, my hair all of sudden started thinning. Ironically it started a few months after I started working the night shift. At first I thought it was because of that, but both the doctors I went to said it's MPB because it's only thinning on the top and sides. So yea. I hate to admit that I haven't done anything yet and its been almost a year. Just for the record no one thought I would ever go balding either. Both sides of the family are mostly fine when it comes to hair loss. My uncles and grandpa didn't start losing their hair until their 40s. Maybe my night shift schedule sped up the process. Idk.
