GPS data from Dutch cars over the previous summer

Was this data gathered voluntarily or does the Dutch government track everyone's location?

It is not possible to drive to Zurich

Why do you think so?

their attempts at recreating the old Spanish road while admirable is slightly off

Nordic ppl give that data gladly, so they can avoid eachother next summer

prithee what doth thee try to convey? people go on holidays during the summer?
i suppose if you're american you're more likely to go by plane and stay iyc altogether o algo

botnet

This wouldn't happen in a car that respects your freedoms

Which cars does it represent? We're flooded with dutchies every summer here, they're literally everywhere, so that must be a very small portion of them

Several Dutch people, in their limited free time, drove to BOSNIA over the summer.
You can't explain that.

Why Barcelona?

bosnia number 1 nigga

tell me about the kanker
why does he go to frankfurt

Probably diaspora visiting their homeland

How the fuck do Yuropeens live in a union that's only 1x1 mile and not go to the Nurburgring at least once a year. I'd be there every weekend.

be respectful, they are risking their lives to provide netherlands with coke

Why do you think so?

maybe I am not understanding the graph but nobody is going to zurich?

file.png - 761x675, 895.43K

you can literally see the blue dots

yes. so this data is charting the final destination, stops, something else?

I assumed it would be a superset of all routes taken, in which case it would be kind of weird that there is no route going to zurich

Not the OP, but it's just a neat map. Don't overthink it.

Its probably from a private entity like garmin or something. People accept terms of service which allow them to collect datas

If you look on google maps you'd have to drive through the city of Basel first and then go east from there

Zurich is boring af desu

switzerland is expensive as fuck and there's not that much to do there during the summer i guess, it's a nice country tho
t. mountainlet

phonefag thread with an image that doesn't relate to the OP message

wowwowow, this is fresh and new

Going through the Rhône valley instead of taking the far superior, scenic, traffic-free, and cheaper A75 highway

Dutch L

Why are they so cucked? Why do they give away their data like that

pretty much shows big roads

that being said netherlands to barcelona is like a week of driving but like 3-4h via plane (including all the BS at the airport) why the fuck would you drive there

netherlands to barcelona is like a week of driving

???
It's not even 20 hours of continuous driving
I mean yes you're better off taking a train or a plane but we're very very far from a week of driving

Last year I drove almost 4500 kilometers from northern Norway to southern France in 3 days
Amsterdam to Barcelona is only 1500km

Last year I drove almost 4500 kilometers from northern Norway to southern France in 3 days

Holy shit

thats 3 days if you rush it, 5 if you take it easy and thats a work week basically.

Half Dutchmen must have Med fathers at this point

I was in a hurry otherwise I would have stretched it
On the way from France to northern Norway I took 3 weeks in order to explore, but on the way back I had a deadline to be home

Did you catch any sleep even? I mean of course you did, you didn't drive on meth kek. But how and when did you sleep?

I'd say it's like a day and a half
Going on holidays with my parents as a kid we'd drive 10 hours during a single day, get a hotel somewhere, and finish the last few hours in the morning

In terms of prices and fatigue it's much better to fly, but my point is that driving 1000km in a single day on good highways is not that uncommon imo

the tendrils of dutchoid domination....

is Millau such a shithole the French would rather avoid?

I slept in my car which was equiped with a mattress, sleeping bag etc so basically I just drove until I was too tired and when I wanted to sleep I'd find a spot in the woods and park there
if I recall I drove around 18 hours without sleeping at some point, I woke up in Sweden and went to bed in eastern France
But my sleep schedule was already fucked due to the midnight sun in Norway so it was ok

It's mid there is nothing really wrong or great about it
The bridge was necessary because Europe's biggest traffic jam happened in Millau before it was constructed

The highway was suddenly interrupted by a canyon, and all traffic had to drive down the valley, through Millau, and back up again
You could be stuck for hours there, and the locals hated it because pollution and noise was unreal + they couldn't drive across their own city due to all the jams

Wtf are you talking about, I did it.

Perhaps people stop in rest areas in their way to their destination, and Zurich is close enough to Basel to not bother. I remember driving from Basel on the motorway for over an hour. It's a small city, has some nice sights around the lake Hbf area, and the "Freitag" flagship store which has a nice tower made of containers where you could see the city from the top.

You could drive it in a bit more than a day include 8h sleeping. All those cities are connected through motorways.

3-5 days driving.... Endearing

it was sort of "muh big dick competition", we didn't have to build it

netherlands to barcelona is like a week of driving.

Jews are weaklings.
That can be done in 2 days.
