Is there a housing crisis in your country?

Yes, but since living with your parents is completely accepted it isn't really that much of a deal

It's not a crisis, it's a good thing. Lots of elderly people's lives are built on housing value. An increase in value helps them

is it actually a housing crisis, or are you just entitled for thinking that you deserve cheap and high-quality housing near the center of one of the world's largest cities

yep kinda

Not really. Prices are getting higher but that happens everywhere.

Total boomer death fuck off greedy oldfags you're getting beaten up in age care

If goyverment doesn't care for you or make life easier no taxes simple as fuck the system

No, a one-room apartment in Sweden costs 4k USD to BUY.

high-quality housing

have you seen UK houses? they didn't have the fucking decency to separate them, it's a wide strip with walls between them
who designed this? its so fucking dumb, you guys really took the marshal plan's money and thought "that's a great use of it", you guys only got beaten by Portugal on us-aid-mismanagement
no wonder your country is a shithole now, you deserve it

uk-housing.jpg - 1151x426, 136.23K

If goyverment doesn't care for you or make life easier no taxes simple as fuck the system

good luck getting assfucked in prison, i guess. the tax revenue service is usually the most well-run organization in any government because it's what pays the bills. if you aren't a billionaire who can afford paying an accountant to clean your accounts and spend years dodging/delaying in courts, you are probably going to get caught eventually.
resistance is futile. now put the fries in the bag like a good little wagie.

I don't believe you

See how much I could borrow

Can I just borrow the house? I'll give it back I swear haha

There isn't a country without a housing crisis at the moment.
Maybe in the worst parts of the 3rd world, but who would want to go there anyway.

What's Romania near the black sea like?

Absolutely, plus the infinity immigrants that come through the floodgates will make sure that even when babyboomers finally kick the bucket we will have no access the houses they leave behind.

Yes and no.
1. Cities are kinda fucked. Long ass housing queues for apartments and houses cost a billion negrlillion euros there.
2. The rest of Sweden (rural) has empty houses for sale everywhere, for basically nothing but nobody wants to commute 3+ hours and live without fiber so nobody buys them.

Like picrel I saved from another thread.
€30k but in a small rural town. Renovated, nice and cheap.
Places like that are on the market for ages before someone buys them.

yes but not in my city

subhumanish

There are some seaside resorts. Depending on what one is looking for you can find

hippie druggie alternative party crowd (Vama Veche)

vintage commie hotels (Neptun, Olimp)

smearing medicinal mud on oneself (Techirghiol)

overpriced luxury shit and nouveau riche central (Mamaia)

family stuff and manele (Costinesti)

beaches for introverts (Corbu)

The Danube Delta is worth visiting just for the nature and wildlife. People in that area know how to cook fish so it's worth visiting the local restaurants.

pelicanscows.jpg - 1024x649, 132.4K

It's only going to get worse
All the boomers sitting on all the housing are going to die off very soon and the ones to inherit it, who already own property, are going to put the surplus up for sale at ridiculous prices, only for it to be swallowed up by investment funds and never to be owned again. And that's not counting on the increasing reverse mortgaging situations.
Thankfully social security will collapse as soon as these go into retirement.

Nature is scenic, towns are trash and services are unreasonably expensive. Looking to move, Malfoy?

I've seen a video from a construction worker in the US saying that new houses are beyond fucked.
They're being forced to build quickly and use cheap materials.

One of those videos:
youtube.com/watch?v=i4_SPiqm1nU

No one is buying them as a vacation home or hard security? That's odd, 30K isn't even a lot for swedes

What will you do when the rapidly approaching ice age renders your area uninhabitable?

Not many people want to vacation in deindustrialized ghost towns with no one under 40. Sweden has pretty good social safety nets so owning a house doesn't really represent security like in other countries.

Vacation homes are usually small, cheap cabins like picrel.

filipstad.jpg - 1123x748, 313.19K

Yes. I will be living with my parents forever, since I don't want to rent.

Be happy. Fuck everything to be honest. I'll drink my moonshine and sit on my porch until I'm an alcoholic popsicle with a frozen smile on my face.

well here they'd be gone in seconds for that price and in comparable habitable condition and desolation

The only housing crisis is that we're sounding the alarm, dropping everything and panicking to have a wartime effort to bring as many jeets as physically possible in as short of a timespan as possible. We will move heaven and the earth to bring these jeets over.

there's far more houses than people and a lot of is empty, but people can't afford

Home ownership being high counts all the depopulating areas not many people want to move to

Looking to move, Malfoy?

No, but I'm brown would I get beaten up if I went there as a tourist?

infinite land and resources cheat code enabled

still have housing crisis

What have you guys been doing wrong for hundreds of years?

What a way to go.

Portugal at least has good climate. Sweden is miserable for half the year.

In 2023 there was 280 000 abandoned houses in Sweden. Over 190 000 of those are considered livable but still never reach the market due to location. The old owners die/move and they just sit empty.

17 fucking million km2 of land

not enough houses

Rest of the world lives in blocks of flats instead of these

Why anyone would prefer commieblocks instead of terraces I will never know

I'll buy it for 25k€

You know, the problem won't go away if you stop importing jeets. You should rather behead the lobbycrats and destroy your monopolies.

As I wrote in another thread, building house isn't cheap.
The plot of land in 40 km from the city costs like $800 per 100 sq metres. And the building of a normal house will cost like $90k. Average salary is ~$850 in my city (it's not median).
Also there is very low tier infrastructure. I can buy a 100 years old wooden rotting house with leaking roof and outhouse toilet (no septic) in bumfuck nowhere for like $9-10k, but who buys that?
Also

infinite land

With 2 weeks summer of +40C and 9 months winter with 300 metres permafrost underground? Sure, good land.

infinite resources

They aren't. And people producing building materials and construction companies try to squeeze as much money as they can.

Also the average price per square meter of new apartments in my city is ~$2150. And mortgage rate is 28%.

Do you know why there's been such a big incentive for indian immigration to canada? Are your top officials being bribed by india, is it to create pressure on the demand side of real estate and retail or to lower wages thereby increasing the value and return of your politicians' investments, is it to strengthen the demographics so the social security system remains resilient, a combination of these or something else entirely?

Fuck, first meant to

You don't understand. We just had an election because the major parties can't agree on the fastest and most efficient way to bring in more jeets. All parties based their platforms on the number of jeets they could bring in.

It is utterly demoralizing. Even commie blocks in projects are going for 2800 USD / sqm

What I would like which I thought was realistic

tall ceilings

building relatively good condition

in a nice area

If you add these the absolute cheapest and smallest apartments start at 140k USD
ingatlan.com/34728540

This country is the perfect mix of all the disadvantages of Western Europe but none of the advantages

picrel

How it can be so cheap? HOW? Even in dying small towns in my region it would have a price of 50k euro at the least...

There's no housing crisis just boomers cornering the market and banks profiting off it via inflated loans with government consent.
If you want a house just squat in the countryside. They won't do shit as long as you are nonviolent and don't damage the property. Enough Jewish games.

I don't know. I think it's some kind of sickness. It's clearly not about creating a tax base to support our social services. We have advertised and spent money to allow jeets to bring in their parents and grandparents who don't work. And your typical jeet works for a below average salary which means they contribute less than average to the tax base.

Also I just read the description

A large apartment has been converted into 4 flats, with a sharing contract (28,7 m2, 32 m2, 38,3 m2, 21,6 m2)

I hate these flipper parasites so much it is unreal. Total real estate agency death

Why would anyone pay more for a house in a place where nobody wants to live and you can barely find a job?
Not gonna happen. Especially not in a country like Sweden with rent control.

WTF are you doing Sven, I saw you several times on here already.
Do you want to be invaded even more?

No, but something freakish would happen to you. Romania is a WTF country.
Ignore my flag, I'm the evil expat. I looked into Romania, stayed for a few months, and the things I witnessed were just unhinged.
I had to shoot rabid dogs while going for a walk. Gypsies wanted to donate their daughters to me. I witnessed parents who wanted to burn down an old abandoned neighboring building where homeless orphaned kids lived in. There's some guy who erects ten meter tall airbrush Jesus boards across the country. I applied for a building permit to test doing business, and the major demanded that I'd buy some alien style McMansion in the middle of a fucking field on a motorway instead. You can go there, but only for the keks, and if you have no children.

UK

high-quality housing

if they're willing to work for cheap start hiring them for construction and make housing affordable again

Just work remotely.

WTF are you doing Sven

Posting on Anon Babble in the same thread repeated over and over. Been doing this for years now.
Nothing ever changes.

*mayor
damn vax

You need good internet for that.

Depends on where you are. The current meta is urbanization all over the developed world, which means all the good jobs and all the fun shit and all the people are in big cities. These obviously continue to crowd and property is limited, so prices increase. Add onto that predatory investment firms buying property and renting it out at twice the usual price, property developers building new housing as "luxury" apartments for $4k+, and boomers and their ilk turning all their accumulated properties into temporary rentals, and young people are fucked. The entire state of Maine was basically temporary rentals or boomers second/third/fourth homes that they never used. I was paying $2500/mo for 2BR in a random little town. In the city it was even higher, but median wages were the lowest in the US's northeast.

The only cheap houses are in ghettos or in the middle of nowhere, where there's no work. This trend will continue until the population begins to decline in like 50 years. Finland's pop is actually predicted to start declining in the 2030's so maybe I'll move there. Migrating as a nurse is a pain in the dick though because you have to be fluent in the language BEFORE you are licensed and move there, otherwise no worky permit. Now refugees on the other hand...

Yeah, it's pretty grim that no matter how bad wealth inequality is now, it's just going to keep getting worse and worse with no stopping point in sight. If your parents don't own any property, you are fucked.

There's no housing crisis just boomers cornering the market and banks profiting off it via inflated loans with government consent.

if the law allows it and doesn't keep it in check like it's the case, that's a housing crisis. they'll legally move on squatting before they'll do something about inhuman entities with fuck-you liquidity buying up all the habitable portfolio

Since they are aware of your existence...

they will be coming

Sooner or later.

I'm not talking about 'voting', sir. I mean mass protests, assassination attempts, cyberattacks, coup d'état.

is it actually a housing crisis, or are you just entitled for thinking that you deserve cheap and high-quality housing near the center of one of the world's largest cities

it's an outer London shithole filled with the elderly who paid for their houses who are now surrounded by foreigners who pay no rent

it's retards thinking they should be able to afford an apartment in NY with a burger flipper salary as a single male in their 20s

have limited housing supply

have boomers own 50% and slowly trickle it down to private equity firms

cartel with full government support through lobbying and increase prices 10% a year, people have to live somewhere lmao

prevent political change through promising endless welfare to the boomerwaffen votes, if majority is in danger import endless jeet slaves (also buttressing demand)

for the frosting on the cake add a couple million niggers to displace the working class from free housing (if the can pay they should pay shouldn't they? pull yourself up by your bootstraps Omumbo needs that house more than you sad tear emoji

the tree of liberty etc etc

When the revolution comes our nations must all shed their parliamentary undemocracies and restructure toward decentralization, people's initiatives and quarterly referendums.

there is no housing crisis in ireland

there is a housing disaster

47.6% of London's social housing is occupied by people born outside the UK.
Not sure how locking your own population out of London and forcing them to pay for foreigners existence is helping.

spaniards will say this but still vote the socialists in because muh franco o algo

These houses were built before the second world war and the marshall plan aid was for rebuilding the country, after it had been bombed to shit, not for building some sort of utopia

just saw this thread on a Twitter screencap, what did I miss?

are your top officials being bribed by india

yes, but the other anon is right about it being some sort of sickness. the bribes are only a part of it

De niro in taxi driver did

Source?

nigga only boomers nafris and govt employees vote for them
the thing is they make up most of the population
this place is doomed

boomers and govt employees

how big is the overlap?

nafris

they can't be that many and I doubt many even care to vote

This looks comfy, I would love to have a small terraced house that's easy to clean and maintain with a cozy little garden instead of a giant lawn I have to spend an hour every Saturday baking in the sun mowing.

>nafris

they can't be that many and I doubt many even care to vote

Africa begins at the Pyrenees.

by boomers I mean retirees in general
government jobs make up around 50% I believe more if you count loss making companies propped up by the state cause the kings cousin sits on the board
there's piles of nafris and second generation sudacas now and the one thing they care about is their gibs
haters will say half of spaniards are nafris in spirit anyway

nearly every post has 1m+ views

oh boy it's like i'm a little celebrity :3
i hate normalfaggots so much it's unreal

Now I can see why Nordics always in top of countries by happiness.

sweden with permanent swedish summer climate would be literally heaven

You would cry and scream and piss yourself if you had to live here in these conditions.

bongpunk 11.jpg - 692x599, 130.4K

Official numbers are 25%. But we all know it's a lot bigger.
Death taxes, waste disposal taxes, inflation tax, tax consulting tax (without any accountability, of course), hours you need to comply with retarded laws etc.
in Germany we are approaching 80% for full time working people.
