I ended up learning most things in a way that I could actually use irl using college books in English. I did read things on nutrition, philosophy (which was definitely more important than it actually looks to be), psychology, literature, biology and a shit ton of other stuff.
It did improve my life in the sense that I used to not even feel like being alive, all this while having a decent life. Nowadays, my life is kinda shit, but I'm feeling great, and I'm probably going to severely improve my life. So in a way, it completely changed my possible outcome on life itself.
