Eurosisters

what is it sweetie

good thing i keep my money in ze dollar

The value of our currency is plummeting.

*tips you a $1 bill*
*turns to my wife*

That's a lot of money to them.

pay up eurocucks

lol, lmao even

what about it

so exports are getting more competitive for free?
hm okay very bad, I will feel very bad now about literally everything costing the same as before while it becomes easier to do business

it's very bad because the most expensive currency is the best obviously which is why China isn't allowed to keep their exchange rates "artificially low" or something

Just earn more money lmao.

why are iphones so cheap this year then

You don't know what you're talking about.

you're this loser that keeps complaining about france

all fiat currencies goes to zero, usd will be just last one standing.

Nigga you just got an unsolicited pay cut.

What degree of psyopping are you under that you consider that as 'becoming more competitive' and a good thing?

the exchange rate fluctuates all the time
didn't the dollar overtake the euro for a while a few years back

I wish that were me but I don't have the free time to do this all day.

thank god we don't use the dogshit euro

No I didn't. Everything I buy costs the same and my income remained the same as well.
Do you know why? Because in my country things are paid in Euro

złoty chads cannot stop winning

I'm a brainlet what exactly are the "pros and cons" of adopting the euro

your zlotys are even worse, nobody wants to keep zlotys as reserve. Are you seriously thinking that euros are somehow worse for poland

Is this new cope for your economy going to shit and mass layoffs happening right now?

nothing your money is just getting stolen by ECR (offices in frankfurt) so germany

euro would be worse for poland
also ECR holds 4 billion zlots as their reserve

"my" economy is synonymous with the entire European economy so you should be the last one being smug about it if it was true.

mass layoffs

Won't affect me since I already froze to death a few years ago after everyone died from the corona virus
Also the unemployment rate is still 3.5% and the youth unemployment rate still 6.9% (the lowest out of every country)

also ECR holds 4 billion zlots as their reserve

thats literally nothing

german telling you the EU economy is better off while dozens of his country's companies are moving to the US and/or China

why are they like this

Rationalist reminding idiots about the facts while they try to divert attention from them having nothing to say on the topic

that's more than they allow finland to print euro

sorry, we just dont want the globohomo coin! i know i know... we're just not gonna adopt it

germany is killing european economy

name one

*slurps milkshake*

Let him. They're trying to speedrun being completely owned by US megacorps. Gonna be funny in a few years.

the energy you import costs more and your factories are moving out of your country

Alles ist in ze Ordnung. Dont panic

WOLFSBURG, Germany, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Volkswagen (VOWG_p.DE), opens new tab plans to shut at least three factories in Germany, lay off tens of thousands of staff and shrink its remaining plants in Europe's biggest economy as it plots a deeper-than-expected overhaul, the company's works council head said on Monday.

years ago I would have been sad but I figured out you really deserve it in the end

here is why cheap euro is good actually

TAKE THAT PUTLER

Which retarded decision in particular? Also I'm not poor but you very well might be judging by your flag but that's not my problem.

Factories move away when exports become more competitive?

Germany is a net energy exporter.
Apparently Germany's "retarded decision" is not using its magical power to put natural resources into the ground like smart slovenians would do (a country that apparently is dependent on Germany, a country without natural resources, despite all of its very good decisions)

unironically a shittier investment than buying jewelry (unless you sell now)

tick tock Europoors, tick tock

I should've sold yesterday desu But I didn't I'm gonna sell 95% and keep a few thousand usd I know it's most likely to tank but by the off-chance it reaches 100k I'll at least have a a small treat to cope with the fact that I sold at 98k~

OH NOES A DIP
MAN THE PUMPS

some literal bum from las vegas just made enough money to chill on the street for the next 6 months by selling lost earrings and rings that he found in the sewers
you? you haven't even made a single cent with your shitcoin
sell NOW

NTA but layoffs aren't a good indicator for judging the health of an economy or even an economic sector. For example US tech companies alone cut more than 93,000 jobs in 2022, more than 191,000 in 2023 and more than 94,000 in 2024.
I don't diasgree that the current German economy is lacklustre and in stagnation. But that has nothing to do with the currency. The recent dollar strength came as a result of the US presidential elections. The market anticipates turmoil. And this is flight to safety.

Easier to make business since everyone has the same currency. Also a unified and somehow "competent" Central Bank managed by grey boring bureaucrats up in Brussels, which doesn't seem much but it's an important thing when you're a med country and your politicians don't understand the concept of debt
