i suspect the business model is something like: charge "recruiter" in india a price per visa, "recruiter" charges each person wanting to immigrate something like $50,000 a pop, promises them eu passport and vagene, splits the money with european company. the nice thing for them is that the company itself doubles as a money laundering front so hiding the visa fraud revenue should be easy, and they can keep eating losses indefinitely.
