why haven't you move to los angeles?
Why haven't you move to los angeles?
as soon as i get enough money
because Los Angeles moved to me
can't get a greencard
i want to live in south central and drink st ides with my hermanos from the barrio
its not walkable. somehow less walkable than the average rural japan town
We export our boomers to florida and arizona
what do you already walk to on a daily basis?
in amerikkka you cant walk the suburbs dont even have sidewalks only driveways
thats why youre all fat
fuck off we’re full.
go be a ladyboy prostitute somewhere else
unless you're a sex worker who engages in street prostitution walkability doesn't matter
Because I grew up in NYC and I hate cities, some of them are nice to visit for a week, but I'm not going to live in one again.
I lived here during the lowest point in my life.
you were a homeless drug addict?
kek
I'm glad you asked, because posting it without someone asking just didn't feel right
I was a basically homeless tranny drug addict yes
moved between my mom, brother, and friend's couch for several years
are you still a tranny? are you still an addict?
why haven't you move to los angeles
posts a picture of hollywood
??????
VGH them anaheim girls

No, I am not a tranny or a drug addict anymore
I went back to university and finished my degree
That being said I am chronically unemployed and still live with my parents so my story hasn't reached a happy ending yet
(and to be entirely honest with you I fucking liked being on estrogen and sometimes wish I never stopped transitioning. even if it was an unhealthy coping mechanism.)
It is the worst place I have ever set foot in, in addition to being ugly, it has a powerfully dark, eldritch aura. Bad juju
is it the native oak trees that spook you?
Yeah there's just something in the air in LA that makes it feel like an evil place.
t. san diego
agreed, it's a fucking terrible place to live and the city seems to attract down-and-outs and losers like moths to a flame
just because there are pockets of genius in pasadena doesn't change that it's fundamentally a city for desperate losers. people with nothing going on, hopeless dreams. I do not know why some rich people choose to live there.
everyone in LA lives there despite the traffic, despite the cost. nobody actually *likes* the city or experience of living in LA, it's almost like that's an afterthought.
it's more of an idea that people are chasing than an actual thing. idk.
One of my first weeks in LA, I had a uber driver taking me to santa monica from the airport. He was a Swedish guy, maybe 35 years old or so. He had a trumpet case in the back. He told me he moved to LA to make it in show business like everyone else. He wanted to be a musician. I asked him how long he's lived in LA for, and he said 7 years.
I honestly think a solid half the non-hispanic population of LA is just like that. Desperate, wandering failures, hoping to get tossed a production assistant gig, or maybe get noticed by a talent agent, or something. Working shit jobs to pass the time.
And the hispanics? Far more hopeless than anyone else. They are the majority of the city and yet produce virtually none of its culture (no, the food isn't culture). People who have allowed themselves to be pushed to the outer edges of the city, accepted hour long commutes either way to make a few hundred dollars a week. Without a doubt some of the most desperate people I've met in the USA were in LA.
It's a shit place to live for literally everyone involved except the millionaires in Santa Monica
Don't know how easy that would be
Even if I could afford it, it's not the kind of place I'd want to live
There's everything I need two blocks from I live . Valley fags aren't LA
no hablo espanol
this is also what makes it fascinating
I fell for the
muh cost of living
meme and moved from LA to Texas. Biggest mistake of my 30s so far.
Love coming up here only 30 mins from where I live
its india/china-tier air pollution
Should of moved to rosarito what I'm doing
you can still drink soy milk for the same effect
This is coming from the person who shares a border with Tijuana
Too many armenians around
san diego is barely a city. At least LA *is* a city.
I grew up in San Diego before moving to LA. Since you live there, you know this as well. Virtually all of San Diego is suburban: Strip malls, neighborhoods, houses.
It's an outpost of orange county, itself just an extension of LA. You pay LA prices, pay california taxes, all for... nothing much. rows of neighborhoods.
Yes the weather is good. that's all I can really say about SD.
(I had a FAR better time living in norcal than SoCal. I would actually pay california prices to live in SF. it's a legitimately lovely place.)
and yet, do you have a car?
being a loser living in LA really made me feel like the world was an evil place lol. Never before in my life have I seen such an extreme quality of life divide. You see people in lamborghinis and ferraris drive past homeless lepers in LA every day
I own three truck parts of a club . Come bro gotta have some hobbies for las plebitas (and no I'm not Mexican) don't be a lame
kek
glendale and burbank are actually quite nice.
Lol no stop it
I already live here
why should rich people not enjoy the fruits of their labor simply because homeless individuals have made poor life choices?
Because there is a wall in the way.

I moved once for like 3-4 months, I got bored after that and moved to san diego

Los Angeles made even chuddier than I was. People literally go out of their way to be assholes.
lamborghinis
One time I was crossing the street and some faggot in a sports car was leaving the parking lot, halfway through the exit he hit the gas and almost runs me over. The worts part is that it was probably a rented car.
i'm not a latinx. i woudn't be accepted in a big old latinx city
My bad bro I was in hurry for my bros music video and they charge by the hour
հաստատ ահահահա հռոմեական
