I love seeing Americans who have never left North America other than Japan lose their minds over incredibly mundane shit in Japan.
I used to hate it but when I saw someone lose their mind over tactile paving, well, I haven't stopped laughing since.
well, it's true that some of those shit are pretty good for the price as a result of Japanese convenience stores competing with each other for decades
Food standards are shocking to those without them.
anthony bourdain was a faggot who got cucked to death like a bitch
Literally who?
We have egg sandwiches, why aren't they writing articles about us?
Oh yes another food trend for braindead zoomers.
Eggs are goyslop
?
They always skimp on the filling which is annoying as you have a cheaper sandwich on the meal deal.
Have a two dollar japanese convenience store egg sandwich, have two
imagine thinking for a second that we have pedestrian infrastructure here. I've tried telling you foreigners that this is a third world country but you refuse to listen.
WHY DONT WE HAVE CHEAPER MICROPLASTICS SANDWICHES IN THE USA????
grim
Convenience stores are fucking everywhere in Japan and they all sell the same kind of things.
So it can make a huge profit if they have better sandwiches and rice balls and such than other convenience store chains. That's why they actually care about quality.
What about the JUST ham
I was very disapointed when I visited america and found walkable streets, nice humble people, a clean environment, no homeless people, and clean, safe, cheap public transport.
NNNNNOOOOOOO BUT THERE ISNT A FOOTPATH BETWEEN TWO FARMS 200 MILES APART IN BUMBFUCK NOWHERE OHIO, OR A REGULAR BUS SERVICE BETWEEN GREG'S HOUSE IN TENNESEE AND MY HOUSE IN CALIFORNIA!!!!
The same is true of europe you entitled brats.
Most people prefer unjust ham desu
You need to go to church then Jose you heathen
Japanese sandwiches are often absolute garbage when they don't have competitors.
walkable streets
maybe if you're a tourist who doesn't have anywhere in particular to go, using them for your daily commute is either a living hell or physically impossible.
Been to Japan and yes, they have great sandwiches.
But picrel is €3 at Lidl and equally good if not better.
cor
2$ sandwiches
A sandwich doesnt even cost a dollar here
kek
you dont get shot on the way to the convenience store in japan
fpbp
Hopefully the author tries Bourdain's favorite method to neck herself
implying criminals can afford guns
The reason Japanese food is so tasty and aesthetically pleasing is that they use ALL the pesticides, insecticides, additives, anti-biotic feeds, GMO techniques etc. that are banned elsewhere. They don't give a fuck.
These are NOT made in Japan, therefore, INFERIOR.
That's way too little ham for those bread slices
Call me a fatass if you want but no sandwich should have any less than 1/3 of its width dedicated to the filling
I really hate the AI generated titles désù
I went to the nicest parts of the US as a tourist and concluded that americans don't suffer
egg sandwhich, japan: 2$ + side
egg sandwhich, us: 5-6$
those are nasty
It's literally just because they use MSG in their food.
I can't believe anyone chooses just ham, it is only £1.50 though
America is very big
I found Boston very walkable and then I'd go into towns in Rhode Island and Connecticut where there wasn't a sidewalk to get from one half of town to another that's easily within walking distance
Wouldn't that be China ?
