Romanians are majority Slavic genetically so that's nothing surprising. They're closest people to Serbs, genetically.

There's a lot of regional variety too so I can't say what exactly Serbian cuisine is.

It just used to be a big problem. People kept getting attacked by stray dogs so the government decided to just to put them into concentration camps. But some cities still have the issue, just not as much as before. My entire childhood was being chased by stray dogs and trying to survive, now the demographics of my neighbourhood has changed from dogs to cats.
