I don't think anyone of foreign origin can fully integrate anyway. Even africans who would be completely integrated, which is already an absolute rarity by itself, are still black, and it matters to their identity, and it matters to other people too.
I think the main reason why europeans can integrate so easily into other european countries is because they look the same, it's not just because of cultural similarity. I truly believe that if hispanics weren't all mixed people who liked to LARP as indians, they would have integrated the same way Italians have. Probably being still distinct because they're latin and catholic, but not as removed as they are now. I think looking different matters enormously in how one see themselves and how others see them when it comes to ethnic identity

The physical differences are signs of genetic differences, the reason they stand out so much in our minds and are so noticeable, is because it's our minds picking up on the fact that they're not our kin. You really can't separate appearance from identity, so we really are arguing the same thing, just coming at it from different ways.

Then there's the behavioral differences between the races which are well established, and are what most people really give a shit about more than appearance. Black countries are pretty similar to one another, white countries are similar to one another, east asian countries are similar to one another. Even if african americans would magically transform into having the apperance of white people and white people accepted them as such, they'd still have 13/50 and be an underclass. They'd find their way back together and share their way of life.

Society is in large part a racial construct, and white countries being less white means they'll become the sort of societies white people don't want to live in. There's simply no avoiding that.
