The best case scenario 4u would be if somehow America lost it's hegemony and you created like a mini version of Nato with turkey as the hegemon. Maybe you could get cyprus+some greek islands and expand into thrace a bit but there's almost 0% chance you could expand into other non turkish regions, not even here where there's a substantial turkish minority. Albania and bosnia(in this hypothetical world where both america, russia and the other Balkan states not aligned with turkey shit the bed) could be in this pact alongside Azerbaijan+kavkaz or whatever but none of them would become integrated, not even yugoslavia style. This is the 99.99% best case scenario for Turkey.
