It's actually irregular for a proper noun to have kanakana in it. It could be spelled as 壇の浦 or 壇之浦,壇乃浦, or even 壇浦 being read as だんのうら. But for some reason people prefer to spell this historical place (just as the story describes) with a kanakana.
Another example is 四ツ谷 (よつや, a area in Shinjuku) or a VA 市ノ瀬加那(いちのせ かな) .

I've just learned by a google search that くノ一's usage for a female ninja is relatively recent. Google said in Edo period (17th-19th century) it was usually used as a code word just for a woman.
Ah neat. Guess it makes sense considering it likely comes from 女 and that female ninjas appear to be fiction

There's no such thing when it comes to me.
I usually work at my own peace with little regard for a deadline unlike other Japanese people sacrificing their lives for it.
To be honest, I don't understand people who keep working until they die from overwork.
If it were me, I would quit the job and look for another one before dying.
