I don't really think of Americans of Indian descent and Indian immigrants in the same light. I've had both positive and negative experiences with Indians from India. But it's easy to take the positive experiences for granted, and for the negative experiences to stick out in your mind, when in the negative experiences, they're ganging up on you and yelling angrily at you and acting entitled and they can't even speak English properly and they're supposed to br college graduates. I can see where the racist impulse comes from, even though I genuinely hate the rampant racism we see today. It's like a base human instinct that has to be tempered by rational thought.
