US>>>Europe

In the US you can go from broke to rich in ten years if you work hard, take risks and make smart moves.

Meanwhile in Europe? Good luck. Climbing the social ladder is a bureaucratic nightmare. Want to make serious money? Better be born into it. The system is so tightly controlled and packed with “equality” rules that it kills ambition and rewards mediocrity. The only thing truly “free” there is your right to stay stuck.

Americans lives in bigger houses, bigger cars bigger meals. In Europe you will spend a fortune to live in a tiny apartment, drive a glorified scooter and pay double for gas. Why? Because everything is either overtaxed, banned or inefficient.

“Public transport is better in Europe.” Because people cant afford to own anything. That is not efficiency, that is economic handcuffs.

America didnt just build companies it reinvented the economy. Apple, Google, Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft these are empires. They started in garages and dorm rooms and now run the global digital world. Europe? Europe gave us Spotify. And even that had to expand to the US to survive. Why? Because Europe is scared of risk, overloaded with rules and hates disruption. Try launching a startup in France or Germany and you will drown in paperwork before you even raise your first dollar.

Europe is stuck in its own echo chamber. It brags about its history, praises its safety nets, and talks big about ethics and equality while slowly falling behind. Its population is aging, its economy is slowing and its innovation is stalling. It’s a museum pretending to be a rocket ship.

The US is a capitalist beast and it is not sorry. It creates giants, embraces risk and churns out billionaires. Europe? Still writing reports and forming committees.

All this simping and they still wont sell you F35s.

I'm nit reading all that

cute flag

You have unrequited love for amerians while Americans have unrequited love for Israel

tldr, but I agree, we're all socialists in the EUSSR, united in poverty

the usa used to be great. now it sucks just as bad as the rest of the world in terms of living standards, with the added benefits of horrible work-life-balance, crime-filled unliveable cities, degenerate culture. blergh.

the usa used to be great. now it sucks just as bad as the rest of the world in terms of living standards

That is not true. Especially when it comes to how much money you can make. Earning a six figure salary in Europe is tough even for doctors, engineers or software developers. That is why many skilled people from Europe like doctors, scientists and engineers move to the US They’re not just coming for the weather, they want better pay, more chances to grow and faster career progress.

it’s better for the top decile of the income distribution, but averages to the same suck as average people get even less of the pie. that’s kind of the general trade off between poorrope and usa

I don’t need to go into debt just so my wife could give birth tho

I don’t think it’s like that anymore, maybe in the past but now it’s just the same as Europe but with greater risk of going bankrupt

the eternal eurocope

I doubt you can still build yourself up in the USA like you could back in the times

Don’t get me wrong I love most things about the US, and could argue in a lot of ways you have it better, at least New England, but it’s a well known fact your medical system is retarded

ai slop thread

Apple

turned a $25 convenience tool into a $1,200 luxury item that your employer now requires you to own.

Google

turned the best website in internet history into an advertising platform for scam companies.

Amazon

turned China into a superpower.

Facebook

relatively harmless, but that's why it's dead.

Microsoft

constantly playing catch up because they don't understand style, a good example of American "too big to fail" where you have to tolerate a company forever because of unstoppable momentum regardless of how far behind they fall.

relatively harmless,

you mean the company that spends tons of money so you can stay 24/7 in these apps and ruined entire humanities dopamine shit is relatively harmless?

$1,200 luxury item

Only 1200$ lmao, it's like 1500€ here, the funny thing is thinking that a phone made in China is a luxury item.

mostly agree with the caveat that the US has one major downside:

at any time you can die or have a very bad outcome at no fault of your own

ex. someone can just hit you with their car and destroy your life and they dont have to have insurance legally so you have to sue them and if they have no money you're screwed.

ex. someone can just shoot you and claim self defense because you were lost and walking on their property

ex. you can get a hereditary disease that requires surgery and you just die because you're too poor to afford the surgery

you need some basic safety net...

Take away the billionaires and the average salary drops dramatically. Tens of millions live paycheck to paycheck. Many declare bankruptcy due to medical costs every year.

problem with people when they talk about america is they always take it to extremes
there are problems here but it's perfectly liveable

America has less social mobility than many yuropean countries and a lot of the success of american companies is due to free venture capital money from financial black magic with the federal reserve and the USAs global status. That allows for shit like uber to exist where the company doesn't make profit for 15 years but it destroys all competition so they can flick a switch and suddenly the service becomes way shittier as they rake in profit but no alternative remains so you can't do anything about it. It's actually horrible for society.

everyone is legally required to have car insurance
that's not how self-defense works
and there are low income health insurance plans if you dont get one it from your job (which if youre a working adult, which you should be, youll have it)
there are problems but these three are three of the stupidest reasons

if you work hard

work hard

hard

in norway you can do that by just graduate and get a job. no need to work hard.
all statistics support that usa is one of the worst coutries to climb the social ladder in and you basicly agree on it by saying you have to work hard to do so. who the fuck wants to work hard?

I rather live here than in America though.
Life is not only about how much you earn.

I'd move there in a second just to be surrounded by endless nature, somewhere in North Idaho

I'm a retard though, you see so I'll never get a visa

Mega based

there are more expensive models here too, point is that Apple muscled the small guys out of a formerly competitive industry and now instead of a catalogue of options we have two dueling giants. people like OP admire this American way of doing business because they have lust for power, which used to be considered a negative trait but not anymore.

OP is brain dead because he's a brown muslime, of course he loves muttland.

Americans been coping hard lately. Land of parking lots and fat stupid people. I’d never want to move to or visit the land of the homeless camps

It fucking sucks here, op drinks cum

Trvke

Seething moor

Seething nigger lover

If you are a lazy or casual person, Europe is better. If you are ambitious, America is better. Simple as. Wish we could drop the bullshit and just do a real exchange of people so they could be with the culture they want.

More like Americans can’t have a good life unless they over work themselves while Europeans have a good quality of life as long as they do the bare minimum

fleg

i bet i have paler skin than you arabo andalusian retard

people like OP admire this American way of doing business

i come from an it background and i have seen firsthand how the european way of doing business is held back by too many rules and slow processes. in shitrope starting or growing a business often means dealing with endless paperwork, high taxes and strict regulations that make it hard to move fast or take risks. thats one big reason why the us is way better for business things move quicker, there is more freedom to innovate and success is rewarded instead of being held back

us is one big market with one currency and one language you can grow nationwide without needing to localize much. in europe each country has its own rules, languages and tax systems, so scaling across borders is much more complex. us is home to worlds leading innovation hubs. the ecosystem there mentorship, funding talent is unmatched. business culture is more cautious there too there is more fear of failure and less support for bold ideas. cowards

ambitious

what you actually mean is on-call. that's how you get promotions in America, by missing out on opportunities to experience life so you can cover an extra shift.

Africa in your veins
brown African eyes

us is one big market

this is inhuman and seems attractive to foreign eyes because you have another place to go back to.

Post hand with time stamp lets see what kind of chicano are You.

I'm white with blue eyes
You lost papist african
you speak English
anglos won
Germanics won
Protestants won

ex. you can get a hereditary disease that requires surgery and you just die because you're too poor to afford the surgery

I can only think of this as being a legitimate issue. I had testicle tortion when I was 21 and a jobless university student who was out there on his own due to falling out with retarded parents. Luckily I got surgery and ended up completely fine like nothing happened, but I just can't imagime what that would be like if it put me in huge debt. In Serbia I took care of that for free

I hope I move to America one day and I do see it as more ideal than Europe for anyone who's skilled and ambitious, but you can't deny that you're screwed in America if you don't have money

cool story bro

Why do you always refuse to prove you're white?

there are as many "european" ways of doing business as there are countries so your statement is pretty much bullshit.
but few follow the american way

hey i doing a startup and i demand you to suck me off, throw money at me and let me hire&fire underpaid workers at will just yo fill my own pockets!

what? you wont? reeeee europe is so anti business!!!!!

lol get fucked.
