Many Indians are desperate to emigrate to the USA. There are 7 million Indians in the USA. Americans are not desperate to emigrate to India. There are only 33,000 US citizens living in India, almost all of whom are jeets with US passports
The picture you are trying to paint is that the superior upper caste Indians are so confident about their 50,000 year old civilization and inherent superiority that white people are basically seen as inferior mlecchas. But anyone who spends time around Indians clearly know this isn't the case. Indians do not want to return home to India and try to find loopholes to stay in the USA. Working "on-site" is considered as a matter of pride for Indians.
An Indian guy (Tamil Brahmin) at my school unironically told me that the reason he came to the USA was because he had a US passport (his parents made sure he was born in the USA) and didn't want the passport to "go to waste". He was a terrible coder even though he has a CS undergrad degree in a good school in Chennai (SRMIT), and failed interview after interview when he was looking for internships. He could have easily gotten some shit software job in India but he really wanted to live in the USA, and it would bring his family shame had he to return to India
