Why risk life imprisonment? Even if you believe that chances are on your side it's not a good idea. Israel will probably move to get the Pre-trial chamber to take down the Prosecutor's summoning, something which has precedent with American troops in Afghanistan.

I'm not sure if I'd call that a victory for Arabs, however, unless by "victory". Israel will just be prevented from ravaging Southern Lebanon but at the same time they can focus a more of their forces on Gaza (which isn't included in the ceasefire). Hezbollah (or whatever remains of them) would be insanely retarded to break this ceasefire and attack Israel again.
